Our customer base consist of but not limited to Grocery, Mass, Drug, Club, CO-OPs, Hardware/Home and Garden, Farm and Pet Speciality.
Paul Eastman- President/Owner of Progressive Sales and Marketing LLC
Paul has been in the CPG industry for 20 years, worked for Kraft Foods for 13 years and Hartz Mountain Corp for the past 7 years. He has worked and excelled in a variety of roles from Club Channel Director, Broker Manager, Category Management Director-Kroger Team, Business Development Director-working internally at Sears Holdings developing their pet supply category, Account Executive, Regional Planning Manager, District Supervisor and Sales / Territory Manager. Paul has had a very successful sales career driving double digit growth year over year by building strong customer relationships.
Paul is often referred to as having a "entrepreneurial spirit", having superior networking skills, being a team player, passionate about sales and being "Gung-Ho". Paul will be able to take these skill sets and his experience and make them work for his clients and customers.
Greg Long - Key Account Sales Manager
Based in Southeast Michigan, North of Detroit, Greg has over 29 years selling a wide variety of consumer goods to most every customer and distribution channel in Michigan , Ohio, and Indiana. He has sold to grocery, drug, discount, wholesaler, and distributors throughout the tri state area.
Greg is experienced in selling soft drinks (Pepsi), Coffee, Cocoa, Coffeemate, Instant Tea and up to 400 sku’s of Pet supplies. Having worked “in house” at Sears Holdings developing/managing the Pet Supply Planograms, Greg is proficient in Apollo and Prospace.
Greg is very familiar with Spartan, Meijer, Wolverton distributing, Nash Finch(gms), Marc’s , Discount Drug Mart, Merchandise Inc, and various dollar store distributors.
John Quigley – Key Account Sales Manager
John has a proven background of over 25 years of CPG sales experience with Hartz Mountain, Nestle Purina, & Nabisco. He has worked and excelled in a variety of roles from Business Development Manager, Business Analyst, Regional Manager of Distributor Sales / Veterinary Account Executive, and Sales / Territory Manager. He demonstrates energetic, flexible and adaptable behaviors in a challenging marketplace with accounts of all sizes; resulting in sales and market share growth.
John's energetic personality and focus on driving sales will help grow your sales in the Pet Speciality business and Midwest market.
Stacey Wade- National Account Sales Consultant
Stacey is results-oriented, customer-focused National Account Sales Manager with progressively increasing responsibilities and track record of exceeding sales and marketing goals. She is known for successfully designing and implementing strategic business plans by pulling, analyzing, and applying syndicated data. She has proven success at building excellent customer relationships in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry for 25 years. She has proven sales success with a customer focus and deep account knowledge at SuperValu, Target, and Nash Finch. She has experience in grocery, confections, pet supplies, and perishable categories.
Stacey will be able to take her great customer relationship building skills and her results oriented aptitude and help drive your sales in Target, SuperValu and Nash Finch.
